PERFECT!

I LOVE this battery! Yes it does stick out a bit, but all extended batteries do, would you like it better if the entire laptop were that thick? I had this battery last me when it comes to 4 hours today while streaming video with the screen turned up and it was still at 22% when I ended up plugging it in.. It lasted over 6 hours yesterday with light web browsing and my screen turned down some. When I got my laptop the original battery lasted when it comes to 2-2 1/2 hours if I was actually stretching it and not long ago I was getting more like 45-75 minutes depending on my use, so for this price and that much difference? I LOVE IT..

and as far as what the one guy was saying.. I have an hp and it clicked in just fine for me…

excellent purchase, looks and performs well

This is a double sized extended battery that I purchased for my HP DV6t-2000 Laptop. The battery seems to be of magnificent quality, in line with batteries sold by HP (I will update this review if the battery’s performance goes down unexpectedly in less than 1 year).

The battery fits perfectly, and works perfectly. I have not one thing negative to say regarding the size for my HP dv6t-2000. I don’t know if some of the negative reviews with regards to size are because humans didn’t realize that this is an extended battery, which means more cells, which also means it pops out of the computer – rather than an ‘extended life battery’ which means it will need to be substituted less often.

Mine works, and works better than one I purchased from Hp, and it is cheaper… so my sentiment would be that Hp grossly overcharges, this is a great marketer in my experience, and all these batteries are in all likelihood made in the same factory in china anyways.

I have a HP pavilion dv5 – 1003nr amusement laptop and this is a great substitute battery. I’m not a huge fan of the larger size, but that’s the cost of extended battery life.
