 Worst aid in the history of mankind

This company is unable to help their products.
If you need aid forget it.
I’ve been dealing with them for over a year (if you may call a one way speech “dealing with”).
Web aid is a laugh.
Phone help is non-existent.
Basically if you need support you will not get any.
