Do you have a picture on your computer that you would like to send to your mobile device or smartphone? Depending on your service provider and the brand of phone that you are using, there are a good deal of ways to send pictures to cell phone. Let’s thoroughly question a lot of mutual options. Using A USB Cable Link to Send Pictures to Cell Phone Most modern phones come with a USB info cable that allows you to transfer files from your computer to your phone. Some models of mobile phones work on a plug-and-play basis, meaning that you don’t need to install any further and added software or drivers to send pictures to cell phone from your PC. If that is the case, the device will appear as a removable disk under “My Computer”. You may then drag and drop the pictures to the suitable folder, commonly named “Pictures” or a similar name. Some other phones might require you to use a special program to transfer pictures from your PC to your mobile device. This software is normally included on a disk which came with the phone, or you may find it online on the manufacturer’s website. Bluetooth File Transfer to Send Pictures to Cell Phone If you have a computer that supports Bluetooth connectivity and a mobile device which is Bluetooth enabled and which supports file transfer through this method (called Object Exchange, or ObEX, most higher-end phones are compatible with it), you may use it to send a picture to your cell phone. All you have to do in that case is establish a Bluetooth connection with the phone and send it the picture that you want. As connection and file transfer steps vary primarily amid dissimilar models of phones, I commend you consult the user’s guide prior to attempting this process. Send Pictures to Cell Phone By Email If you have the capacity to receive emails with affixations on your phone (most high-end phones, as well as smartphones such as the Blackberry may do this), merely email yourself the picture, open the message on your phone, then save the attachment. Utilize Your Phone’s Camera While this doesn’t always give the best picture quality, a low-tech and very simple method of saving a picture on your phone is to display the effigy on your computer, then take a picture of it with your phone’s camera. With the easy methods described here, you ought to have no difficulties at all to send pictures to a mobile phone from your computer. If you have trouble, try consulting your user’s manual or contact the phone manufacturer’s aid service for more elaborate data specific to your phone. |

Albuquerque goes hand free while driving on Feb 16, 2007
Do you mean that all calling-while-driving will be prohibited in Albuquerque, or is it legal if hands-free?
BTW, check this site: http://www.drivers.com/allarticles/42/.
Hello Jorgen,
Hands-free is still legal, but hand held is not.
I am not sure how effective a law like this will be unless we have a policeman assigned to every individual with a cell phone.
I agree. Even if we have had this law in Norway for many years, every day I see drivers holding cell phones to their ears. I even see drivers sending SMS messages while driving. That’s got to be even more risky than rating songs on iPod while driving!
